Octavo. 254 pp, set in Monotype Bell and printed on Fabriano Tiepolo wove, pure cotton paper in an edition of 25 copies (this is no 3). Bound in leather with marbled boards, in a slipcase, titles and decoration to spine gilt, marbled edges.
