David Hume, Adam Smith

A Handsomely Bound Edition

David Hume (1711–1776) was a renowned Scottish Enlightenment philosopher, historian, economist, and librarian. He is celebrated for his groundbreaking contributions to philosophical empiricism, scepticism, and naturalism. His unique and detached autobiography, The Life of David Hume, Esquire, Written by Himself (dated April 18, 1776), reflects his rational perspective even as he faced his final days.
